This policy explains what personal information we collect through powerprov.com.au, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. What we collect and why

When you contact us. Our contact form asks for your name, work email, phone number, company, and your message. We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and follow up about working together.

When you join our mailing list. Our newsletter and lead-magnet forms collect your email address, and optionally your first name and the topics you tell us you're interested in. We use these to send you the resource you asked for and occasional emails about our workshops and content. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Automatically, when you browse. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand what content is useful.

We don't collect sensitive information (such as health, racial, or political information) through this website, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data in a way that helps us improve the site. You can opt out using your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

The services we share data with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Brevo — our email and CRM platform, which stores mailing-list and enquiry data. Brevo is based in France, so this information may be stored or processed overseas.
• Google — Google Analytics (usage measurement) and reCAPTCHA (bot protection), which may process data on servers outside Australia.
• Cloudflare — our content delivery and security layer, which processes request data to serve and protect the site.

We may also disclose information where we're required to by law.

This site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to tell humans from bots. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and mailing-list information for as long as we have a relationship with you or a legitimate business reason to. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it except where we're legally required to keep a record.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email yes@powerprov.com.au and we'll action it. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can raise a complaint with us first, and then with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
