Our unique program design blends behavioural science and cognitive psychology along with procedural knowledge and contextualised exercises to give your team the soft skills they need to get things done better, faster and happier.
Pricing
There are a number of elements that affect the level of investment you’ll make in this effective training. These include the size of the group, number of Facilitators, location, length, and level of customisation if any.
Most of our clients are investing in the $10k-$5k range, however, we do have a wide range of options we can explore starting at $1000.
We understand you’re paying for outcomes, not hours, and we always make sure you get the most for your money.
If you’re working with a specific budget let us know and we can chat through the options.

We make sense on many levels:
1. Fully Customised Programs
Whatever issues you and your teams may be struggling with, we can build a program just for you.
2. Full-Day Workshops (6 hours)
A deep dive including tools for innovation, dealing with status vs. stature and real business problem-solving.
3. Half-Day Workshops (3-4 hours)
Our most popular option. We’ll endow your team with renewed confidence and a communication toolbox they can use to support each other powerfully. We have an extended public speaking and presenting option too.
4. One-hour Super Sessions
Sometimes a quick hit is what’s called for.
We offer a series of 1-hour modules designed to suit your schedule and your budget. Choose one, pick n mix, or get an annual pass and we’ll come once a month.
There’s even a Tune-Up workshop for teams who have already trained with PowerProv and just want a periodic refresher.
Choose from any of the following:
5. Online Workshops
Don’t let distance (or a pesky virus) keep your team from getting the goods. PowerProv’s online learning makes our improv for business training accessible to nearly everyone.
6. Free – Try before you buy
Interested in PowerProv training for your team, but want to road test it first?
We got you. Sign up for one of our free taster workshops.
These are perfect for anyone who works in HR, learning and development, people and culture, or decision-makers who care about their employees.
How often should you do this?
For some of our clients once a year is enough. Businesses with large graduate cohorts might have us in every quarter. For others, a monthly tune-up is just the ticket. And for some start-ups a series of weekly sprints makes sense.
Just looking for a laugh?
If you’re just looking for something fun, cheap, and cheerful without all the business and behavioural science stuff, we recommend Laugh Masters Academy. They run improv comedy workshops that are a blast and there’s nobody better in Australia.
