What each format costs

Every engagement is quoted to your goals. Here's where each format typically lands:

  • Online / remote workshop — from $1,000. Great for distributed or multi-site teams.
  • In-person workshop — typically $5,000 to $20,000. This is where most clients start.
  • PowerUp Sessions — from $3,000, once you've worked with us.
  • Keynote$4,000 to $11,000, depending on the event and audience.
  • PowerPlay (6-week class) — from $25,000 per cohort, scaled to participant numbers. Our deepest program.

We also work with select clients on a retainer model at an agreed frequency to help onboard new team members, facilitate innovation, improve soft skills, and more.

What shapes the investment?

Five things move the number up or down:

  • Number of Facilitators — larger or higher-touch groups need more.
  • Number of participants — pricing scales with the size of your team.
  • Program customisation — how much we tailor exercises to your goals and context.
  • Location and travel — on-site, off-site, interstate, or remote.
  • Personal Power Index — whether we measure and share back your team's before-and-after results.
What the research says

The right training generates real returns.

86% staff retention. The landmark study The Business Return on Learning and Development found advanced learning organisations hold attrition to just 14%, which is an 86% retention rate. Companies that underinvest in training sit at 75% retention, with 25% attrition. Every point of that gap is a replacement hire you don't have to make.

$4.53 back for every $1. Accenture's training effectiveness research puts the average return on standard corporate upskilling programs at 353%. In cash terms that's $4.53 generated for every dollar spent.

$2 billion left on the table. Deloitte Access Economics and RMIT Online modelled the cost of training budget cuts in Ready, Set, Upskill: Maximising the ROI of skills and training. Their conclusion: businesses collectively fail to capture $2 billion in skills value, the macroeconomic equivalent of losing $5.6 million a day.
