What it is
Corporate improv training for business teams. We run workshops, multi-week classes, and executive coaching that build communication, confidence, leadership, and collaboration. Everything is grounded in behavioural science and procedural knowledge. It isn't comedy, and no one gets put on the spot.
Who it's for
Working professionals and whole teams, from CEOs to graduate cohorts, in any industry. It works best when everyone takes part and collaborates as a group.
The formats
- Full-day workshop — six hours, a deep dive into innovation, problem-solving, and bias reduction.
- Half-day workshop — three to four hours on communication, confidence, and collaboration. The most popular starting point.
- Power Ups — one-hour focused modules, bookable individually.
- PowerPlay (6-week class) — three hours a week for sustained team transformation.
- Online workshops — remote-friendly, for distributed or multi-site teams.
- Executive coaching — private one-on-one work with founder Eran Thomson.
Group sizes
Minimum 10 people. Ideal ratio is 10 to 18 participants per Facilitator so everyone gets attention. Larger groups are covered by adding Facilitators. The largest single session we've run was for 400.
