Absolutely, and having that shared idea, the collaboration of the “we not me,” and we know someone’s got our back, we’re all going to make each other look good, it’s really important atmosphere to walk into and feel you’re in a place where you belong and your opinions validated, yeah.

We talk about a lot of the Ensemble mindset, right? Caroline touched on it that “we not me.” It’s this sense that through a series of exercises and tools and techniques that we run in every Workshop, we create, help you create for yourselves and each other this Ensemble mindset which basically is this sense that you’re all going to support each other, make each other look good, have each other’s backs, and you know, once people feel safe, right? You talk about organizational safety, psychological safety, right?
Collaborative Atmosphere
These are all things that we help create through the work we do and the positive effect of that is that everyone contributes more, right? In a way that feels more valuable, more authentic, and more spontaneous, and this has a tremendous impact not only on their emotional well-being but on your business bottom line.
