If you work in HR, Learning and Development, or people in culture, one of the things you’re probably thinking about all the time is your team’s professional growth, right? How can you support each individual in their Career Development and provide opportunities for Learning and Development that spark them and get them excited about coming to the office? Yeah, which is pretty challenging right now, getting run back into an office, yeah, and working together and having each other’s backs and having that connection again.
Career development
I think one of the things we’ve seen at PowerProv is we’re being used as kind of the draw card, right? Remote teams, people are in the office two or three days a week, suddenly a PowerProv workshop gets scheduled and it’s a great excuse to get everyone back to the office, reconnecting in a way that feels fresh and fun and fundamentally different than anything they’ve ever done in the past. And on the back side of it, everyone walks out of the room with a new toolbox of communication skills and collaboration skills and a bunch of more other things.
How to support professional growth
So I think in terms of professional growth right now, I’m going to say you should probably put us at the top of your list.
